Two delivery methods are offered for most classes. Blended learning means you will complete a portion of the class online in advance. This helps to minimize the amount of time you need to spend in person.

You will receive an email from the American Red Cross with a link to access your digital certificate. You can also check redcross.org/getcertificate

Most American Red Cross certifications are valid for two years from the date of completion.

At the time that is scheduled! Everyone is required to be on time to their class. Those who show up late will not be admitted.

If you cannot attend your scheduled course, you must contact Aloha Safety and Health at least 24 hours in advance. Every effort will be made to help you find another course.

Aloha Safety and Health does not offer refunds once registration is complete. If you have an emergency that makes you unable to attend the course, you must contact Aloha Safety and Health 24 hours prior to the start of class. Course credits can only be applied to the same type of course, cannot be transferred to another person, and must be used within 120 days of the original course.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss alohasafetyandhealth.com/contact

Masks are not required in class, but we understand that some may feel more comfortable being masked. If you prefer to wear a mask during class, you will need to remove it to practice giving breathes if that is a skill you would like to learn and be assessed on.
